Quote information

We use your contact details, service address, vehicle or equipment information and photos to prepare and discuss your request. Photos are private and accessible only through protected staff access.

Retention

Website quote submissions and associated photos are scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless they are separately retained as a business record. Email copies and any records exported into other systems require the same retention policy to be managed in those systems.

Analytics and maps

When connected, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides traffic information. We also count contact and quote actions using event names, page paths and dates. We do not send form details or photos to analytics. A call/text click indicates a click, not a completed conversation.

The map loads OpenStreetMap tiles only when you choose to load it. Hosting, file storage, email and SMS providers process the information needed to provide their respective services.
