STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions? We’re here for them.

Are you a mobile tire shop? Do you have a storefront?

We are a mobile tire business. We bring tire service to your location by appointment; customers do not come to a storefront.

Do I need an appointment?

We are primarily appointment-based. Call or text us to discuss the job and availability. Requesting a quote does not confirm an appointment.

Can I call or text?

Yes. Call or text (573) 969-9652. You can also email Speedyjstire@gmail.com.

What if I don’t know my tire size?

Choose ‘I don’t know my tire size’ on the quote form. You can include a clear photo of the tire sidewall, or tell us what vehicle or equipment you have.

Do you work on trailers, RVs and farm equipment?

Yes. We service trailers, campers/RVs, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, mowers, smaller equipment, farm equipment and tractor tires, along with larger tire applications. We do not service split rims or foam-filled tires.

Do you service fleets?

Yes, we perform mobile fleet and commercial tire work. Use the fleet inquiry path to tell us about your vehicles, equipment and how many units need service.

Do you work Saturdays?

Saturday service is available by advance appointment. Sunday is closed. Regular weekday hours are 8 AM–5 PM.

Can you work after 5 PM?

Call or text us. Our workday doesn’t always end at 5 PM. Depending on schedule and availability, we may accommodate later appointments or same-day requests. Scheduled jobs are completed even when they run beyond regular hours. This is not guaranteed after-hours or 24/7 service.

Do you repair flats? Can every puncture be repaired?

We offer appropriate patch-plug tire repairs. Not every puncture is repairable. The tire needs an inspection to determine the damage and whether an appropriate repair is safe.

Can I supply my own tires?

Customer-supplied tires may be serviced when appropriate. Supported purchasing channels such as Tire Rack may allow tires to be shipped for service where applicable. Contact us before arranging an order or shipment.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept cash, check and cards, with Afterpay when eligible. Special-order items, larger orders and wheels require upfront payment or costs as appropriate before ordering; we explain the specifics for your order.

Do you service split rims or foam-filled tires?

No. We do not service split rims or foam-filled tires.

What areas do you serve?

We work across Shelby County and the established communities shown on our Service Area page. Travel and availability depend on the location and job. Not sure if we come to you? Call or text us.

Can I keep my old tires?

Yes, many customers keep their old tires. Applicable disposal or environmental charges can be explained or itemized in your individual quote or invoice when relevant.

Does a quote request book my appointment?

No. A quote request starts a conversation about your service. Your appointment needs to be arranged separately.

What warranty or road-hazard coverage is available?

Coverage may vary by tire, manufacturer, supplier or applicable program. We can explain the options during quoting or purchase; there is no universal warranty promise.
